The feature is only available in the commercial distributions of the plugin. In the free version, you can emulate a submit button with JS as you did, but you must handle the collected fields’ values with your own code.
In the commercial version, to insert a submit button, you only need to select the “Yes” option for the “Display submit button?” attribute in the form settings.
