can you please explain in detail where and how you save the template?
Do you use the default wp-content/YOUR-THEME/wp-html-mail/template.html folder? Or did you copy it to the uplodas folder: wp-content/uploads/wp-html-mail/template.html?
If you are not using a child-theme, your theme updates will probably overwrite the folder structure.
Can you try copying it into the uploads folder, as stated in the “dvanced”advanced” options in our plugin, and let us know if that works for you?

I have now copied the folder “wp-html-mail” into “Uploads”.
The information: “If you don’t use a child theme and need an update save place to store your email template you can also copy the template file from the plugin to wp-content/uploads/wp-html-mail/template.html.” I have overlooked.
