Hello,
after Updating to Google XML Sitemaps 4.1.6 the sitemap.xml is not longer available.
XML-Verarbeitungsfehler: XML- oder Text-Deklaration nicht am Beginn der Entität

^How can it be fixed, i will try to downgrade to 4.1.5 again.
