Hi there, Can we get two kinds of payment from your system?
One is like Agency where we did not want to get paid directly from Travelers who booked hotels, rather than getting travel reservation commissions from the hotel properties. Here we need a system where hotel properties can add their room at a specific price and we can charge a percentage from it when Traveler booked it.
The present synchronization that you do by Vik Channel Manager that also need here.
Another is like a Merchant where we take payments from travelers at the time of booking. This payment includes travel reservation commissions and the cost of rooms set by hotel properties. Here need an option by which hotel properties can withdraw their cost from our system and there remains only the reservation commissions.
Can we do this by your system, if yes then how. If there needs any custom development then how can you arrange it?
If it is not possible by your system then can you guide how can achieve this?
