Please note that the way Chaty works, it simply redirects to your preferred communication and social channels. For example, if you use the plug-in with Line, communication will be held in Line directly, so how many users can have access to it depends on the specific channel directly – for example, the number of users that can have access to the same Line account. Does that make sense?

There’s no portal for replying to all channels in one place.
