We are bothered by the Exact shipping address, especially for the international shipping address, and Here is case to show:
A customer input the adddres:
However, St. Louis is not exactly match in the shipping system, and it will show options like this way in shipping system:
Obviously, the customer input a abbrievation of the city that he/she is familiar, but there is no such option in shipping system.

So, we know St here is actually mean Saint Louis in the shipping system:
Actually, we are always awakened by the shipping address in all of countries, especially Europe countries, and contries in Asia, like SIngapure, Japan, India, Ukraine.
We tried to use Google Address APi plugin, but that kind of plugin really does not help much.
