Akismet help with fave (authorization testing) orders?

Akismet does not protect against that specific type of problem, unfortunately.

WooCommerce does sell an anti-fraud extension designed to protect against the problem you describe, but it would only work if you use WooCommerce for your store:

Without knowing what eCommerce software you use for your store, it’s hard to recommend a specific solution, but I’m sure other organizations offer something similar to combat this problem.
