Thanks for the message.
You are correct, this activity log should only be showing a log for orders that were placed using a coupon code that has an affiliate user assigned to it.
We will take a look into see what may be causing this and get it fixed in the next update!
This log is separate to everything else though so it should not be effecting your actual affiliate statistics etc.
