I need to grant another person the rights to download my site’s Jetpack subscriber list. He used to be able to do this. He’s logged in using his WordPress.com account but it isn’t affiliated with our site’s Jetpack implementation for some reason. I appear to be the only one who can do this now. How can I restore this capability back to him please? Thanks!
