@messaone Apart from Administrators, users with the Editor role may perform changes to the opening hours.
There is a check on the role’s capabilities, so if you’re including the permission: edit_published_posts, then you’ll be able to view and edit opening hours.
I don’t have any experience with this plugin, so I don’t know of its capabilities.
