Allow users to manage their own posts.

Thanks for the feedback @bgswebmaster, it is appreciated. I definitely have this on the list, just a matter of finding time to implement, test, etc. In the meantime, any users with sufficient capabilities can log in any time to the WordPress Admin Area and manage/edit/delete their posts as needed.
