I have a business where you pay a monthly subscription fee to access our woocommerce store.
I’m currently using WP Simple Membership, and when it’s working properly it is absolutely perfect and fits my needs! But my new subscribers keep getting an error message when subscribing and it’s understandably making them not want to try my service. So I need to find an alternative. (The error only happens half the time and I can’t replicate it so I have no idea what’s wrong)
Is there a better plug in that allows customers to “subscribe.” I need them to pay a monthly fee, receive a registration link, then be able to log in to view my store. I really like simple membership! I just wish it worked!
We are currently using stripe to process payments. I’d also love it if I could easily transfer current members.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
