I found the theme I was looking but it was a long road to it.

You see the logo on the left, the right has that banner. Now I am not looking for advertising banner.
I have AdRotate, using to rotate status of local transit routes. Quite often there is 5 routes diverting, shut down, road diversions, etc…and local weather. Thus using AdRotate plugin.
For AdRotate to work, I have a shortcode.
95% of themes with a header option don’t have a widget but an option on the customizer with:
Insert banner image
Insert URL link
Is there any way to know if a theme that has a header option for content, if it’s a widget thus being able to put a shortcode, instead of the insert bannerimage/url link?
