Thank you for reaching out for assistance! This can sometimes be caused by specific plugins, extensions, or even software conflicts. It could also be caused by a database error during installation. Here is what I suggest:
First, completely remove and test installing the plugin again in case of an initial database conflict. (ensure your Database user has the correct permissions to CREATE).
Then, see if you have any potential adblockers or privacy blockers in your browser with custom rules – some of them end up blocking certain JavaScript files and in this case it would be vue.js.
Finally, we have seen issues with some users if they use the program called AdGuard on their computer. This one blocks specific content such as vue.js in some cases.
If you still have issues, test disabling other plugins (even switch themes although this should not affect your WordPress Dashboard to this extent) and see if you can find a specific point of conflict.

Thank you so much for your help! You are absolutely right – the problem (in my case) was AdGuard AdBlocker browser plugin. Everything works fine now!

Glad to hear you were able to get access to the settings. We are also looking into ways of avoiding this, however some specific software and extensions are very strict in what they block.
