Most likely, after your payment, the information has not been updated in the plugin yet.
Please do the following: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk, click the “Synchronize with Cloud” button on the top of the settings page, wait until the rotating icon disappears, and refresh the page. Do the same here: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk.
