I cannot post a link for the public to see here. I am using a paid version of your plugin and the link is my client’s site. Paid version support isn’t supposed to be done through this wordpress support area, unless they’ve recently changed that rule … and my client wouldn’t appreciate my posting links to their site in random places, telling people that I’ve had to turn the security to the site off because we just went live with a brand new forms-based database and it immediately blocked at least 2 legitimate users, one of which was a board member and I was on the phone with her for quite a while trying to resolve without turning off all anti-spam and security.
I attempted whitelisting her IP, then I did the same with her email. Didn’t work.
One her end, I had her clean cookies/cache. Didn’t work.
Had her turn off anti-tracking/anti-virus/firewall, then clean cookies/cache again …. didn’t work.
The only way she was finally able to access the new database and being filling out the several forms that her account required was for me to completely disable the entire CleanTalk anti-spam and security. During the fight trying to force CleanTalk to allow her in, I noticed that it had already blocked at least one other member of the organization, for sure. I have no idea how many overall it blocked as they reset passwords and got into the new members area to begin forms but I can tell you that, from my standpoint, this has been a most embarrassing nightmare for me as a designer/developer.
The unveiling has created frustration for members, rather than the exciting new, promise it should have.
