Hi guys, I am building websites in elementor and I was wondering does anyone have any advice on how to make it as easy as possible to edit without me being involved. I do quite alot of work for charities which often don’t have much budget or tech knowledge unfortunately.
If someone wanted to add a blog, what would be the best way to make it as easy as possible?

Easiest solution is the classic editor with posts. Or Gutenberg if they want a few more options. Elementor is going to add a layer of difficultly for a non tech person.
More options = confusion
Blog posts should always be created with the block editor or classic editor. They are optimized for that. Elementor is a page builder which is for creating designs and templates and not to create long Form content.
I almost always disable my page builder for all post Types except pages.
You offer them a service/management agreement with a monthly payment.
