We have a contact form 7 on our website. Currently all queries go to the same info@ email address. I’m wondering if there’s a plugin out there which will allow you to send specify queries (determined by a dropdown menu selection) to different email addresses? Reason being is that ideally we’d send the majority to info@ but anything which relates to another area gets sent to a different email address and seen by someone else who covers and has expertise in that said area. Currently, we are manually forwarding some of these emails on to be replied to which isn’t a good use of time.
I’ve looked online and can’t find anything so unsure if such a plugin exists for a wordpress site or if there’s a way to make this work?
Thanks

Gravity Forms can definitely do this. Great plugin.
What you are looking for is generally called “conditional emails” or “conditional notifications” most of the form plugins have that. Like gravity forms and wpforms.
This feature is generally part of the full version of the plugins (There is no free version of gravity forms and wpforms offer it in the full version) But there are some plugins like this one [https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-forms/]) that offer it in the free version.
