Howdy!
Can any developers or pro-Elementor users find a clever workaround for this?
**Problem**:
I help run a membership site w/ the plugin Restrict Content Pro. One of the things that our members get access to is mp3 files (audiobooks).
We’re looking for a way to serve audio files to an Audio Player widget that can fetch these files dynamically from the post’s custom fields.
We did try JetEngine/Crocoblock’s audio widget, which indeed allows for that very thing. However, since it was a bit simplistic for our needs, the folks over at [Sonaar.io]) caught our attention.
They offered a brilliant audio player widget that works with Elementor, specifically their sticky audio player that fetches audio files from each post’s custom field.
BUT. It appears to be a global widget/script.
Meaning, as close as we are to our goal, we have one problem: Restricting the posts (whether individually or by post type) via our membership plugin doesn’t seem to restrict the sticky audio player.
Do y’all have any creative or technical solutions for the pickle that we’re in?
