I’m working on a big project to migrate a website from Wix to WP and am attempting to use Elementor to edit imported blog posts, which have myriad formatting issues.
I created a Single Post template in Theme Builder. Then I added the condition to apply to “all singular” posts.
I’ve verified that the template is being pulled into my existing posts before editing them.
If I edit the posts in WP editor no problems. If I edit them in Elementor Pro and save changes, my Single Post template gets stripped out.
What am I doing wrong? Troubleshooting this issue is costing the project a ton of time.
No one at Elementor Pro customer support can explain why this is happening or offer a solution.

Have you looked at the template setting for these blog posts? You can change the template for each post individually. If you have an Elementor post template created, then you have to pick “Theme” in the template settings.
