I started marketing for a new company about a month ago and unfortunately they’re using WordPress. Every single time I try to add an integration or plugin, it doesn’t work.
I’m trying to connect Zoho with Woocommerce , and it keeps giving me this error.
I’ve disabled mod security yesterday and I’m still getting the error.
I tried contacting Bluehost, and they weren’t helpful either.
Any advice for someone who can’t stand WordPress on how I might resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance.

It sounds like you didn’t actually disable mod security. Have you checked the web server?
This is definitely a hosting issue. Mod security defines security rules in your apache server. If anything you do on your WordPress site violates any of these rules, it will throw this error.
Disabling mod security should technically work, but it still doesn’t fix the problem. That’s just trying to ignore it.
I would start by enabling logs in wp-config. See if your server can log whatever is going on.
Also check your headers. You can do this by inspecting on Chrome and checking the Network tab. Make sure they are valid headers

Contact your hosting company and they will resolve it.
