At work we have a website that hosts a section of user generated pages.
Every page has a fixed template with text, images and other fixed elements that are populated by several hundreds of users.
These users also need to update yearly the same page.
What we need is to have some sort of database of contents; any external user should be able to login to their personal page and update it, uploading the infos they need.
Do you know of any plugins or combo of plugins that might help me? ChatGPT suggested WPForms, but I don't think users would be able to access previously uploaded infos.

WPForms could work if you have login/registration for users. Then there is a way to connect the form and the user.
There no other way, possible with sessions and cookies, but in 1 year no way. So I’m an expert WordPress developer @ https://webhelpagency.com/. I think it would be a good idea to develop a login/registration and connect with the form.
