I'm building a WooCommerce shop for my friend that focuses on airsoft products, along with repair and tuning services. I'm looking for a solution to streamline his workflow. Currently, he uses Google Forms to manage requests, which takes a lot of time to find the correct application.
What I need is a system where customers can request tuning, repair, or service for their airsoft replicas. The key feature I want is an automated system that assigns an application number to each request. This number would help customers label their packages, making it easier for my friend to manage, especially when receiving around 100 packages daily. It would also allow my friend to quickly find and manage applications, update their status, and track the progress of different airsoft builds.
Are there any plugins that could help with this? My first idea was to use custom contact forms, but I think they might lack the necessary management features for my friend, as he would only receive customized responses.
To me, it sounds like a ticketing system, but I've never used one before. I apologize if this explanation is a bit unclear, as I'm new to this type of software.
