Any tool that will SCRAPE the site after you clear the cache?

I volunteer for an animal rescue called Sanctuary Hostel and when we make some changes to the pages we clear the litespeed cache, at that point the next person to go to each page will have to wait a about 4 sec for each page since they arent cached anymore at least that has been my experience

Is there something that can scrape the site if thats the right term so that each page is cached again?

Thanks

  1. Litespeed plugin should have a built in Crawler function to do just that; [https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/crawler/])

Otherwise I’d advise just purging the cache for specific pages that are being updated and just hitting the page in an incognito tab after it’s cache has been purged.

  2. Sounds like you need either better hosting or your site has a bad theme or too many poorly coded plugin. That’s the issue you need to fix.

  3. From the sounds of it, it seems that the site has performance issues. Running the crawler again as /u/johnpress suggested is a good place to start. You may want to also explore other ways of optimizing your site to boost performance. [Google Pagespeed]) is an easy way to work through the opportunities.
