Anybody using Kinsta/WPEngine in combination with a third-party CDN?

Does anybody know how the use of a third-party CDN with full page caching (for example Cloudflare APO) affects the resource usage at Kinsta/WPEngine?

Since many visitors might only see a fully cached version of WordPress served by the CDN, you would expect this to have an impact on the resource usage (visitor count) at Kinsta/WPEngine since these visitors would never reach the original server.
