Can you code? It’s do able with a custom design but otherwise you’ll have to use a plugin like WP Carousel.
Make a custom post type of Gallery and create posts with the relevant information. However these fields would need to be custom too.
Unless you can find a theme that matches this similarly, you would need to have a developer help you..
