Anyone have experience with Nerdpress.net?

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with Nerdpress.net? They offer WordPress support and management to keep your website as optimized as possible for speed and other core website vitals.

And they have some of their own stuff, like the Hubbub social share plugin.

I'm wondering if anyone would recommend using their services or say to stay away.
