This feature with being able to leave emojis throughout the video is something I’ve been looking for. I want to build my own online tutorials, and that would be a great way to collect feedback. Do you know what tool it is? Is it some kind of a WordPress plugin?

This is Loom. Its a screen recording software. As far as I am aware (being a user) it’s a native video player to them.
