I am a great fan of the WordPress VIP platform ([https://wpvip.com/](https://wpvip.com/)) but haven’t had the chance to interact with the support team. Did anyone use WordPress VIP support? How do they respond and approach a problem? Do they use common macros to respond? Do they approach a technical issue directly, or do they provide enough words to heal the loss at first? Lastly, any non-sensitive screenshot can anyone share of the intersection with the support team?
Well, I love collecting support macros and always love to learn how enterprise support works. It’s a weird hobby, but I really enjoy doing so!
