Anyone using Flatsome, what all of the extra bloat pages can I delete?

When you install flatsome you get a tonne of extra pages under demo and elements. I assume I can delete everything under demo except the front page I am using, but what about elements, will that break my pages?
If you’re not using the pages then delete them. If you think something might break then just set them all to draft first to check.
Join flatsome’s facebook user group. Its very active. Also there’s no point in deleting the pages you talk about, what do you gain from this?
