Anyone using Kadence Captcha to block spam comments?

Hi

I see the Kadence captcha provides an option to use either Google or Cloudflare protection but I wanted to know if anyone has used them to prevent comment spam. Or are plugins like Antispam Bee more suitable for spam comments? Mine is a blog only. There are no products to sell, no major forms as such—only the comment form.
