Anyone with a WP Easycart Pro store having issues with orders right now?

I have a couple of sites that use WP Easycart Pro, and out of the blue neither is processing customer orders. Upon completion of checkout, customers get a message stating:
“Your payment is still processing and has not yet been approved.”
I thought maybe it was an issue with our payment processer Stripe, but another site of ours with woocommerce and stripe is working just fine. Additionally, the same message appears when I make a purchase using a 100% coupon (no payment processing).
There have been no changes to the site on our end.

I’ve reached out to Easycart customer support and am waiting on an answer.
Any ideas or anyone else with Easycart + Stripe can check their store out?
