my wordpress is on hostinger and I had my domain pointing to it. No issues, all worked fine. I had to point my domain to a new site and I need access to my old site. but using the ip says 403. adding /wp-login or /wp-admin says page can not be found. Is there a trick? I can see the files, and I see the ht access file.

you need to edit your hosts file and point to the old IP if the install still exists. [How to edit your hosts file](https://www.siteground.com/kb/hosts-file/?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwkuqvBhAQEiwA65XxQMflUWy_ciBkR0TQpmwGt0CxAAOznbIW5FtjjiqLSEUjkvPmqPiFgBoCQKQQAvD_BwE)
I think the site only allows incoming address to match my domain. If I add my domain in my host file and point to the ip, that I think works but it preforms a redirect to that domain. So it ends up forwarding to the new site.
