I have not seen this before, so I thought I would ask the question. My latest update has two options, one for the US and one for the AU. Does anyone know the difference between the updates?
Before we get the obvious answers, I am aware one is for Australia and one is for US, do we know what the actual differences are?

No functionality changes – the regional versions just include the language pack (i.e. translations), found in /wp-content/languages/
For the AU language pack, I imagine the only changes you’d see are things like Customize / Customise and color / colour… that sort of thing.
