We currently use a rudimentary MS Access database in house for some internal work tickets. We’re looking to create a simple web based admin site in WP, and would like to migrate the ticket system at the same time, for accessibility and stability reasons. I realize we could simply use the server db duplicate it that way with some custom php, but I was wondering if there was perhaps a WP app currently that could handle this? Our setup is basically a form to create the ticket, we select from a list of “open” tickets to document status updates and required actions, then eventually document the resolution and “close” the ticket.
