Apple pay Not showing in checkout block

That’s the expected behavior since the Checkout Block only supports wallet based payment methods in the Express Checkout section. This is a feature of the WooCommerce Checkout Block and they coded it that way for some reason.

The checkout block is much more limited in what we as 3rd party developers can do. If this is an issue for you, I recommend you use the checkout shortcode.
