I want to use the archive template in a child theme for a custom CPT now I can’t figure out the archive hierarchy in Blocksy.
Not entirely sure why you would need this, as Blocksy already offers archives for CPTs. Is there something specific that you are looking to achieve by modifying these?
Just as a side note, many of our components are not editable. If the files that you want to edit can be found in this diagram — — they can be edited. Otherwise, all other Blocksy components are privatised and cannot be edited.
Alternatively, you might want to look into Blocksy Pro’s template replacement engine — https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/extensions/how-to-build-an-archive-template/ — https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/extensions/content-blocks-custom-single-templates/ — which lets you create templates for singulars and archives with no code.
