I suppose you mean “Are tablets considered mobile in the free version?”.
If so, yes they are considered mobile devices.

I have an online gaming site and I need to list games if they are PC only, mobile or both. It’s possible?
With the free version, you can create games that on mobile are different than on desktop. And mobile means mobile phones and tablets.
SCFM works like translation plugins. Instead of having a translated page, you have a mobile page. So, you can have desktop games that are the same on mobile, and other desktop games that are different on mobiles.
E.g. you have the games A, B, C, D. You can create the mobile version of C and D. In this example you will have the desktop games A, B, C, and D. On mobile you will have A and B that on mobile will be the same as on desktop, C and D that will be different on mobile.
But you can’t say A and B exist only on desktop, and C and D exist only on mobile. At least, this is at the moment not possible with the current version of SCFM. This is not possible with either the free or PRO version.
I will consider this feature for a future version.
