Are there any benchmarks comparing Apache vs NGINX, but both with FPM?

It seems like every WordPress benchmark is Apache+mod_php vs NGINX+FPM. Is Apache slower, even with FPM and the event MPM? Does anyone have good default WP benchmarks handy, or direct experience with these different setups?
