Are there other WP agencies with a similar reputation as 10up? And does anyone know rough price ranges from these agencies for plugins/themes?

I'm looking into getting a WP plugin created to help my team manage the WP image/media file system better. We'd like to be able to create physical folders to organize media better for very complex websites that need to reference the same images across the site (think like a complex database of images). There is technically a plugin that kinda does this named "Real Physical Media" by devowl, however it has 2 other plugin dependencies so it seems like something that's been sort of hacked together to work.

I realize not everyone here would have worked with an agency like 10up so it might be that nobody would have a guess or any suggestions for similar agencies. But I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask! I have worked with devs from Codeable before and IMO the code quality has varied drastically, with some devs being amazing, others were very weak, and some were inbetween. I'm open to dishing out a good budget for a WP shop that's known for quality, but just wondering what names are similar to 10up and/or how their prices compare with a typical Codeable quote.
