I’m trying to set up a website for my friend and I am almost done, except I’ve been futzing with the payment/checkout page for so long that I’m in a vortex.
She is selling her handmade crafts and wants local pickup only for shipping, and just Venmo for now for payments. I can’t seem to edit the payment block and at this point, I’ve accidentally deleted the checkout page and can’t figure out how to get it back.
Can someone pleeeez help?

I don’t completely understand what you’re asking but… My best guess is that youre trying to allow different payment types for different “shipping” methods. You have to go under the Shipping section under Woocommerce and create a shipping method for pickup and a shipping method for actual shipping. Then you can apply the respective payment method only to the shipping method that needs payment, whether that’s the pickup option or the shipping option.
