Depending on the embed method you are using, you have to choice to manually select which calendars you want to embed instead of using the “All Calendars” option. But this is not available in all the page builders, as not all of them have a sortable dropdown field available.
If you cannot do this using a widget, you can embed the calendar using the shortcode and specify the calendar IDs in your desired order.
