Ask: How to made footer widget full size with only one widget + Report: issue

Hi, I am using newest version of this theme on my site.

Ask: I am asking for how to make a widget (my case: footer widget area #1) shown in full width at footer>middle row section?

Report: newest version 1.3.8; when i clicked change theme button on website, color of text didn’t change. Ex: when in light theme, text in black; then change to dark theme, text still in black. So I disabled change theme button.
