I am trying to figure out the shipping updates and notifications that being sent to the customer after a purchase on my website.
I have AST, TrackShip and ShipStation. When it comes to sending automatic emails to teh customer with Item Shipped and Item Delivered, how do I it? Do I need to turn off the emails from WordPress and leave it up to TrackShip or is AST the one senind the email…… I am kinda confused if anyonce could help me ‘d appreciate it.
