Hello, I'm really new to this and tried scrolling a bit to find answer. I downloaded Astra in my wordpress and used the "starter template" thing to build a website. It "created" the site but when I press "visit site" it won't actually go anywhere and hasn't built any site whatsoever. Does anyone have any thoughts? Sorry for the fuzzy explanation.
Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser first. If that doesn’t do the trick, check your WordPress permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and hitting ‘Save Changes’ without changing anything. If you’re still having trouble, it might be a plugin conflict, try deactivating all plugins except Astra. If it’s still not working, contact your hosting support or Astra’s customer service.
