At what point do you start using managewp or similar?

I am just curious about your opinions on this.

If you only have johndoe dot com then it wouldn't make sense.

What about 2 sites? 20 sites? 200 sites?

One common plugin most of my clients have is antispam bee. If I see "hey update me" message on my own site…of course there is an update on the clients sites.

It is much easier to login on one place like managewp and hit update once than going let's say loging in 200 times and updating antispam bee.

No, automatic updates are not an option.

So how many sites, personal or clients, justifies third-party management?
