When I try to add a new page or post I get the following:

I’m using the latest WordPress, the latest version of the template, and all plugins are up to date.
I’ve tried disabling all plugins and using a “default” theme (twenty twenty two) to no avail.
As suggested elsewhere, I also tried reinstalling WordPress and nothing changed.
It used to work, but now it doesn’t. Please help!
Maybe related, maybe not: I also cannot upload new media files. Whenever I try to, a new entry is created in the database with no title and no association. I cannot find a way to delete those entries.
