Attributes field: Improve parsing of values with spaces

Thanks again for a great plugin!

I am trying to add the placeholder attribute to fields in our form, for aesthetic reasons.

I can add placeholder="For example placeholder text." as an attribute, but the plugin doesn’t do well with both the quoting and parsing the spaces.

For example, in the first_name field, it renders like this:

<input name="first_name" placeholder="&quot;For" id="pdb-first_name-2" class="required-field regular-text" type="text" value="">

Could I please put in a friendly request for this to be fixed?
