Blocksy does have an author box, but that’s only available for single posts (or single CPTs). It can be found under the Customiser -> Single Post -> Author Box section.
If you wish to create a custom one, I’m afraid that you will have to direct the question to the support centre of the page builder that you’re using, as we sadly cannot provide site building support, nor support for other products.
