I want to purchase the Pro version of the plugin, but I can’t since there is this issue.

Unfortunately, the author pages are not working properly since it only some posts from the author show on the page and not all of them.
Are you saying that I need to purchase the plugin, open a support ticket, and if they are unable to solve the problem, refund the plugin?
